Create a deep intimate connection that you never believed was possible.
We all experience crisis and ruptures in our relationships with others. The greater the significance of the relationship, the more challenging the crisis can be. This is especially true of marriage or a relationship with a life-partner. We want to make it better, but we struggle with how to get there.
I’m a professional couple and family therapist and have specialised in this field for over ten years. I’m dedicated to working with couples and have undertaken extensive research into what helps relationships succeed and the dangers that can lead to divorce. I’ve developed a unique approach to help you navigate your relationship challenges. No matter how bad things may seem, you will find my approach to be stimulating, enlightening and rewarding. Whether you come for just one session, which can often be all you need, you will leave feeling empowered and better able to engage with each other. Over 90% of couples I work with report that things are better after our time together. They also report that even if just one partner can master the change process, there is a significant improvement in the dynamics of the relationship.
I invite you to join me for an initial single session of relationship counselling. If your partner is unsure and not ready to come to counselling, I’m also happy to meet you for an individual session. After the first session, you can decide if you would like to return, either alone or together as a couple, to gain clarity and support around the on-going issues within the relationship. During the initial session and perhaps beyond, we will explore your mutual needs, desires and the intimacy in your relationship. This often means addressing issues of conflict including sexuality, infidelity, money, parenting, honesty and trust.
Please set up an initial call with me to ask questions, get to know how I work and to find out if relationship counselling is right for you now.
